International Shipments
Standard Delivery is through RRD via your local post and includes tracking. Delivery time is 1-3 weeks. If you are not home to accept the delivery, your order may be left at your local post office. Express Delivery is by FedEx International Priority Service. Delivery time is between 3-5 business days. All FedEx shipments will require signature upon delivery.
ALL APPLICABLE CUSTOMS FEES, TAXES AND DUTIES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES REQUIRE THAT WE STATE THE VALUE OF THE ORDER DIRECTLY ON YOUR PACKAGE. IT IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF CUSTOMS AGENTS TO RELEASE YOUR PACKAGE.
If you refuse your shipment or are unable to retrieve your package, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties or taxes that are incurred, and the cost of the returning the package to our site.
